At KÚA CAPILAR we take full responsibility for any missing or wrong items received, please contact us at KUACAPILAR@GMAIL.COM with your name, order number, and phone number, for the missing or incorrectly sent items. we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damages.

Please inspect you order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items is defective or damaged so that we may evaluate the issue a make it right.

Refunds and exchange.

All SALES ARE FINAL unless you have received a defective, damaged or if you received the wrong items. you only have 24 hours to make the claim.
